As an Edgewater neighbor for 17 years, it is exciting to see the flurry of activity in the Edgewater real estate market.  People are finding out what we already knew, that Edgewater is an amazing neighborhood with so much to offer.  I wanted to share this Market Report with you all showing the consistent upward trend in median sales price for single family homes.  If anyone needs more detailed info on the real estate market, just give me a call!
